Job summary
Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling (remote) to design and scale learning solutions that build practical AI and technical skills for our workforce.
You will partner with business leaders, HR, technology teams, and vendors to translate skill needs into clear learning pathways, assets, and measurable outcomes. You will lead the development of enterprise AI literacy, responsible AI usage, and role-based technical learning, delivering eLearning, ILT, virtual, and blended
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Learning & Development.
- 5+ years of CSOD LMS experience.
- Experience solving complex issues with cross-functional interaction.
- Ability to interact with senior leaders and executives.
- Strategic thinking to translate performance gaps into learning strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve AI and technical upskilling programs.
- Create storyboards for eLearning, ILT, virtual and blended formats.
- Develop learning pathways, job aids, facilitator guides, and reinforcement resources.
- Translate AI concepts into practical learning content for workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning with business priorities.
- Measure outcomes using LMS data and analytics.
