Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling (remote) to design and scale learning solutions that build practical AI and technical skills across the workforce.

You will partner with stakeholders, HR, technology teams, vendors, and learning contributors to translate skill needs into clear learning pathways with measurable outcomes. This role drives enterprise AI literacy and responsible AI training, developing role-based technical learning and applied experiences using LMS

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in Corporate Learning & Development, instructional design, curriculum development, or related areas.
• Experience designing technical training and supporting certification strategy for technical audiences.
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience designing, drafting, and developing storyboards for learning solutions, including eLearning, ILT, Virtual ILT, and blended formats.
• Demonstrated ability to identify learning needs and translate them into practical learning solutions.
• Experience navigating complex organizational environments and partnering with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Execute the development and implementation of learning assets in collaboration with the Training Operations Team.
• Use training technology to provide creative and scalable learning solutions.
• Develop and support LMS learning strategy and measurement for the organization.
• Support LMS system audits and documentation of processes.
• Collaborate with HRIS team to support LMS updates and configurations.
• Partner with vendors to onboard new learning technologies for delivery and tracking.
• Consult with leaders and stakeholders to provide learning solutions using LMS functionalities.
• Define LMS roles and permissions; support system availability and admin training.
