Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling (remote) to lead the design and delivery of scalable learning solutions that equip employees with practical AI and technical skills. You will partner with stakeholders, HR, and technology teams to translate skill needs into clear learning pathways and measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on building foundational AI literacy, responsible AI use, and role-based technical learning across enterprise programs and vendor collaborations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in Corporate Learning & Development or related
• Experience designing technical training and certification strategies for technical audiences
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices
• Experience developing storyboards for learning solutions across formats
• Ability translating learning needs into practical solutions

Responsabilités

• Lead design and development of AI and technical upskilling programs
• Create learning assets across eLearning, ILT, virtual and blended formats
• Develop learning pathways, job aids, facilitator guides, and reinforcement resources
• Translate AI concepts into actionable learning content for employees
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, HR, and technology teams
