Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling to design and scale learning solutions that empower employees with practical AI and tech skills.

Remote role in a fast-moving environment, partnering with stakeholders across HR, tech teams, and vendors to translate skill needs into learning pathways and measurable outcomes. You will develop storyboard-based content, establish a robust LMS strategy, and support governance, audits, and system updates while championing responsible AI

Qualifications

• Five or more years in Corporate Learning & Development and instructional design.
• Experience designing technical training and supporting certification strategy.
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts with ability to translate into learning content.
• Experience drafting storyboards for learning solutions across formats (eLearning, ILT, virtual, blended).
• Demonstrated ability to identify learning needs and translate into practical learning solutions.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders across functions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the development and implementation of learning assets in collaboration with Training Operations.
• Use training technology to provide scalable learning solutions.
• Develop and support the LMS learning strategy and measure its effectiveness.
• Support LMS system audits.
• Create and document processes for learning solutions and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with HRIS to support LMS updates.
• Onboard new learning technologies with vendors and enable delivery.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to provide learning solutions via the LMS.
• Define LMS roles and permissions; support system configuration and availability groups.
• Train Global system Super Users and Admins.
