You will partner with stakeholders to translate skill needs into clear learning pathways and measurable outcomes. Qualifications

• Five or more years in Learning & Development and LMS administration.
• Experience supporting CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand) for a global instance.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and translate needs into learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve enterprise AI and technical upskilling programs.
• Translate complex AI topics into engaging learning formats.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning with business priorities.
• Manage learning assets and LMS configurations with the HRIS and vendors.
