Job summary

CloudFirst is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of 50–75 strategic accounts. You will maintain 100% net revenue retention and add $5,000 in net new monthly recurring revenue each month through upsell and expansion.

This consultative, relationship-led role engages Solution Architecture, Service Delivery, and partners to deliver value. Remote, full-time with strong compensation potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B sales.
• Experience managing quota-carrying portfolios of strategic or mid-market accounts.
• Experience in managed services, cloud, MSP, or IT infrastructure.
• Advanced Salesforce experience managing accounts, pipeline, and forecast.
• MEDDPICC experience a plus; AI tools for account research a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship owner and escalation point for each account.
• Maintain quarterly written account plans with objectives, renewal dates, risks, and growth.
• Build relationships at all levels, including CIO and CFO sponsors.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) tied to business goals.
• Manage renewals to review fit and upsell additional services.
