Job summary

CloudFirst is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of 50-75 strategic accounts from a remote location in the US. You will be accountable for maintaining 100% net revenue retention and driving net new monthly recurring revenue through upsell and expansion.

In this consultative, relationship-led role, you’ll coordinate with Solution Architecture, Service Delivery, and partner resources to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or B2B sales.
• Experience in managed services or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong Salesforce and pipeline management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Maintain 100% net revenue retention (NRR).
• Drive $5,000 in net new monthly recurring revenue.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and partners.
• Manage renewals and expand services.
