Omnisage LLC, a pioneering AI & ML company, seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive Scovai adoption across the United States. This fully remote, freelance role offers autonomy to build pipeline, close enterprise and mid-market deals, and shape the early US sales footprint.

You will prospect, qualify, demonstrate, and negotiate, while maintaining coaching-ready CRM discipline and a strategic voice on market feedback to inform product and GTM strategies.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience selling enterprise HR tech solutions.
• Strong network with HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Proven ability to build and manage a multi-million-dollar pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise and mid-market business across the US HR tech landscape.
• Own and manage a growing portfolio of US-based HR tech clients, driving retention and upsell.
• Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline leveraging existing HR leader networks.
• Lead consultative sales engagements—from discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
• Maintain pipeline data, forecasts, and account activity in CRM; inform leadership with market feedback.
• Provide strategic input on US market dynamics to inform product and GTM strategy.
• Lay groundwork for a future US sales team and potential leadership role as the business scales.
