Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a virtual-based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms nationwide.

You will generate leads, qualify opportunities, and grow the client roster while coordinating with client service teams to ensure satisfaction. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of sales experience in the court reporting space and hold a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities and maintain materials.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and recommend improvements.
