Markent Personnel seeks a Senior Account Executive for virtual-based sales of court reporting and deposition services. You will generate leads, grow a national book of business, and present services to law firms with a focus on profitability and client satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of selling court reporting to law firms, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree. A robust industry rolodex with law firms is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads profitability and growth of the sales territory in line with company vision.
• Plans to expand the customer base and develop client training programs.
• Strong rolodex with law firms in the territory.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals and maintain client database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities and maintain materials.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on products and services and analyze market pricing.
• Attend events and present company products to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and reports; respond to inquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
