• Plans and expands the customer base; contributes to client training programs
• Strong Rolodex with law firms in the territory
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads; grow the book of business
• Source and develop client referrals
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Maintain sales and promotional materials; plan direct marketing
• Collaborate with customer service to manage cases and report progress
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals
• Present contracts and conduct product training
• Maintain sales activity records and reports
• Respond to inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
• Follow up on sales activities and close opportunities (OTE $200,000+)
