Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads toward profitability and growth of the sales territory aligned with company vision and values.
• Plans to expand the customer base and contributes to training for clients.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within the territory.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales and promotional materials; plan and conduct direct marketing.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales contracts and training.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain client relationships.
