Our client seeks a virtual-based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services in the U.S. You will generate leads, grow the book of business, and present compelling proposals to law firms. A background in high-volume sales, excellent communication, and a strong rolodex with law firms are required.

The role offers significant earning potential with an OTE of $200,000+. Remote work is available nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience with selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment is desired.
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory.
• Establishes plans to expand customer base and contributes to training programs for clients.
• Must have strong rolodex with law firms within territory.

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales & promotional materials; plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress and make recommendations to increase client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and contracts.
• Negotiate with clients and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
