Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Proven success in sales, negotiation, and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead toward profitability and growth of the sales territory.
• Plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
• Strong network with law firms in the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales and promotional materials; conduct direct marketing.
• Manage cases with customer service; report progress and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop presentations of company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person.
