Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a virtual based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms nationwide. This remote role requires proven sales success, strong negotiation and customer relationship skills, and the ability to build a profitable sales territory aligned with company growth.

You will generate leads, develop proposals, present contracts, and maintain client satisfaction while targeting an OTE of $200,000+.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities and maintain promotional materials.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person and ensure client satisfaction.
