Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads and grow the existing book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals and maintain a client database.

• Collaborate with customer service to manage cases and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product/service delivery and analyze market pricing.
• Attend events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
