Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for court reporting and deposition services.
• Source and develop client referrals and maintain a customer database.
• Plan, conduct direct marketing activities and maintain promotional materials.
• Manage cases with customer service to increase client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
