The role demands proven sales performance, strong negotiation and communication skills, plus leadership to grow the sales territory. You will generate leads, build relationships with top law firms, and manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposals and product training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving.
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory.
• Establishes plans to expand the customer base in the marketing area.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities and maintain materials.
• Manage cases with customer service and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing and competitors.
• Attend educational events and networking events.
• Present sales contracts and train clients on products.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on sales activities and close deals.
