You will generate leads, grow the client base, manage relationships with top firms, and present proposals. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are required; OTE around $200,000+. This remote role offers high earning potential and growth in a fast-paced legal services market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving.
• Leads profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision.
• Plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads and grow the book of business.
• Develop and maintain a client database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and provide product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure client satisfaction and strong relationships.
