Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory.
• Establishes plans to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
• Must have strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsabilités

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales & promotional materials and plan direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services of competitors.
