Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a virtual based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms across the United States.

You will generate leads, manage a growing book of business, and present proposals while maintaining strong relationships. A minimum of 2+ years selling court reporting services and a Bachelor's degree are required; a robust Rolodex within the law firm community is highly valued. OTE earnings reflect a performance-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Leadership toward profitability and growth of sales territory.
• Ability to expand customer base and contribute to client training programs.
• Strong Rolodex with law firms in the territory.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Generate and qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales and promotional materials; plan and conduct marketing activities.
• Manage cases while working closely with customer service, report progress and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns; ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
• OTE $200,000 +++
