Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Provides leadership toward profitability and growth of sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals and maintain a customer database.
• Manage sales materials and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Present contracts and provide product training to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
