SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a virtual Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms nationwide. The role emphasizes building a strong book of business, generating leads, and presenting our products to potential clients.

You should have 2+ years of successful court reporting sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record in negotiation and client relationship management.

• 2+ years experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Proven success in sales, negotiation and communication in fast-paced environments.
• Leads profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision.
• Plans strategies to expand customer base and develop client programs.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within territory.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events and networking activities.
• Develop and present company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.

• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong client relationships.
