Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership toward profitability and growth of sales territory.
• Plans and strategies to expand the customer base; develops client training programs.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales and promotional materials; plan direct marketing.
• Manage cases with customer service; report progress; improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
