Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision and values.
• Plans and strategies to expand the customer base in marketing area; contributes to training and education programs for clients.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within territory.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales & promotional materials; plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service; report progress and recommend improvements for client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze competing firms for market pricing, products and services.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present presentations of company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, electronic or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
