Qualificações

• Experience selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads and grows profitability within sales territory through strategic planning.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales and promotional materials; plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service to improve client satisfaction and outcomes.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate terms and train clients on products.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain relationships.
