Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision.
• Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to training programs for clients.
• Must have strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales and promotional materials; plan and conduct direct marketing.
• Manage cases with customer service; report progress and make recommendations to increase client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events and networking events.
• Develop and present presentations of company products and services to clients and prospects.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong client relationships.
