• 2+ years of experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Proven success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads profitability and growth of the sales territory.
• Plans and strategies to expand the customer base; contributes to client training programs.
• Strong rolodex with law firms in your territory.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify leads; grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales and promotional materials; plan and conduct direct marketing.
• Coordinate with customer service; report progress and recommend improvements.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing and competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows, and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and contracts.
• Conduct product training for clients.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure client satisfaction and strong relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
