Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Proven ability in sales, negotiation, communication and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads profitability and growth of the sales territory in line with company vision.
• Experience expanding customer base and developing client training programs.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within territory.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads, grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales & promotional materials; plan & conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and make recommendations.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze competing firms to stay aware of market pricing and services.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
