Job summary

Flourish is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business for a cybersecurity and managed IT platform. You will own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts, selling a consultative, solution-based approach to security and IT leadership to win deals and displace incumbents.

You will build and manage a healthy pipeline against quota, acting as a trusted advisor to prospects navigating complex security and IT operations decisions in a remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex enterprise B2B environments.
• Experience selling to security or IT leadership (CISO, IT Director/VP).
• Comfort in competitive displacement deals against incumbents.
• Strong consultative selling skills for multi-stakeholder cycles.

Responsibilities
