Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Acceptance Testing Technician, Energy Storage - Level 2, to manage testing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair activities in substations and PV facilities. The role is remote with heavy travel to various job sites; details discussed during interview.

Minimum requirements include 3–5 years as an electrician testing technician, OSHA 30, NFPA 70e, STS, and ability to travel 75% of the time. Strong safety focus and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of electrician testing technician experience in substations/BESS yards.
• Willingness to travel ~75% of time.
• OSHA 30 and NFPA 70e safety training are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site testing, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Direct and supervise Testing Technician Level I staff.
• Ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed at all times.
• Prepare accurate test reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and teammates.
