Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to drive strategic supplier relationships and cross-functional collaboration in a fully remote U.S. based role. You will manage executive engagements, lead business planning cycles, and advocate for supplier priorities to deliver growth and ROI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience recommended.
• Strong ability to develop executive-level relationships.
• Proven track record in supplier management, business development, or channel sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive engagement activities.
• Advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow while representing Arrow's interests with supplier leadership.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive bookings, billings, market share and profitability.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities, competitive positioning and pipeline development.
• Deliver business plans that achieve growth objectives while maximizing ROI.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, enablement and engagement programs to increase supplier adoption across the channel.
• Collaborate with channel sales teams to identify, develop, and grow strategic partner relationships.
• Support initiatives that increase partner participation, certifications, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Track program effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Monitor key business metrics and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Champion initiatives that improve the customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to resolve complex business issues and remove barriers to growth.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve scalability and execution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned suppliers and technologies.
• Provide guidance and enablement to sales teams on strategic opportunities and market positioning.
• Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Mentor and develop less experienced team members while sharing best practices across the organization.
