Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our DevOps Domain Consulting team. You will be the trusted technical advisor to customers, focusing on application-level and agentic AI secrets management.

You will partner with sales, product, and engineering to demonstrate, position, and evaluate Idira solutions, helping customers secure machine identities across pipelines and AI-enabled environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering role, ideally in cybersecurity/DevOps tooling.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Understanding of cryptographic security technologies (SSL/TLS, SSH, PKI, HSMs).
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, or autonomous AI workflows.
• Development experience in Python/Go/Java/Node.js; scripting (PowerShell/Bash); REST APIs.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into business value propositions; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to create excitement around Idira technology.
• Conduct POC evaluations of Idira products with customers; position value to win technical deals.
• Act as the technical expert for machine identity security during the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to articulate value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments and security goals.
• Translate requirements into solution architecture and deployment strategies; influence product direction.
• Stay updated on DevOps trends, CI/CD, AI frameworks, and best practices.
• Deliver technical workshops, webinars, and training sessions; travel as needed.
