Job summary

Minted is seeking a remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative based in the United States (TN area listed) to assist customers across phone, email, live chat, and social channels. You’ll resolve product and fulfillment questions, using a rich internal knowledge base and Salesforce CRM to deliver warm, elevated service during a busy holiday season.

You will work in a small pod with a Team Supervisor, joining cross-functional teams and contributing to a positive, customer-first experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with high-end customers and problem-solving.
• Experience using omni-channel CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media with warmth.
• Resolve customer concerns and fulfillment issues promptly.
• Use internal knowledge base to answer questions and deliver great experiences.
• Cross-reference orders and inventory during interactions.
• Document interactions in Salesforce or CRM platforms.
• Share insights with leadership to improve the customer journey.
• Maintain high quality and reliable availability during set schedule.
• Collaborate with Team Supervisor in 1:1s and video huddles.
