Job summary

Minted is seeking a remote seasonal Customer Service role for September through December 2026, open to U.S. residents in listed states including CO.

You will handle multi-channel customer interactions, resolve unique product and fulfillment questions, and collaborate with a small, connected CS team supported by a Team Supervisor. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience communicating effectively in English, both verbal and written.
Experience handling high-end customers and solving problems.
Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
Excellent written communication with professional responses.

Responsibilities

Handle phone, email, live chat, and social interactions with warmth and ownership.
Resolve customer concerns and fulfillment challenges promptly without scripts.
Use internal knowledge to provide accurate, helpful answers and great experiences.
Manage multi-system workflows by cross-referencing order info and designs.
Document interactions in Salesforce or other CRM platforms accurately.
Identify platform friction points and share insights with leadership to improve the journey.
Maintain high-quality interactions and reliable availability within set schedules, including evenings/weekends.
Collaborate with Team Supervisor during 1:1s and team huddles to improve workflows.
