You will collaborate with a small, engaged team, participate in regular huddles, and adapt to evolving workflows during peak holiday periods while maintaining a strong service standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience handling high-end customers and owning problems.
• Experience with multi-system navigation across CRM and order tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with ownership and warmth.
• Resolve unique customer concerns and fulfillment challenges promptly.

• Document interactions in CRM while following data policies.
• Identify platform friction points and share insights with leadership.
• Deliver high-quality service with proactive communication and strong time management.
• Collaborate with supervisor in 1:1s and team huddles to improve workflows.
