Job summary

Minted is seeking a remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative in the United States, including Maine, from September to December 2026. You will handle multi-channel inquiries and provide elevated, personalized support to customers navigating design, order, and fulfillment.

Reporting to a Team Supervisor, you will use Salesforce and other tools, work in a small CS pod, and join leadership in regular check-ins. The role includes evenings and weekends.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience handling inbound contact volume and high-end customers.
• Experience with design-related workflow such as photo printing or artwork design files.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems (CRM, order databases, knowledge bases) simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with ownership and warmth.
• Resolve customer concerns, product inquiries, and fulfillment issues promptly without scripts.
• Use internal knowledge base to find answers and deliver great experiences.
• Manage multi-system workflows, check order details, and update designs and inventory as needed.
• Document interactions in Salesforce or other CRM tools and adhere to data policies.
• Identify platform friction points and share insights with CS leadership to improve the journey.
• Maintain high-quality interactions with proactive communication with leadership.
• Engage with Team Supervisor in 1:1s and team huddles to discuss improvements.
