Minted is seeking remote Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to support our premium design marketplace during the September–December 2026 period.

You will handle phone, email, live chat, and social media inquiries with warmth, solve unique product and fulfillment issues, and navigate multiple systems to keep orders moving.

Join a small, collaborative team with regular 1:1s, live huddles, and leadership feedback, delivering a high-touch experience for high-end customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience handling inbound customer contacts with high-end clients.
• Ability to navigate multiple CRM and order management tools.
