As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will handle phone, email, live chat, and social media with warmth, resolve inquiries promptly, and navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment from September through December 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to navigate multiple tools while helping customers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with warmth and ownership.
• Resolve customer concerns, product inquiries, and order issues promptly and professionally.
• Use the internal knowledge base and CRM tools to provide accurate answers and great experiences.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain data quality.
