Minted is seeking a customer-focused Seasonal Customer Service Representative to support a premium marketplace for design and printing. This remote role runs September through December 2026, with a set schedule that includes some evenings and weekends.

You’ll handle inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social channels, navigate multi-system workflows, and contribute to a high-touch customer experience. Reporting to a Team Supervisor, you’ll rely on a knowledge base and CRM tools to resolve

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with ownership and warmth.
• Resolve unique customer concerns and fulfillment challenges promptly without scripts.
• Use knowledge bases to augment service and provide accurate answers.
• Cross-reference orders, design files, inventory tools, and adapt orders as needed.
• Document interactions thoroughly in Salesforce or other CRMs per data policies.
• Identify platform issues and share insights to improve the customer journey.
• Maintain high-quality interactions with proactive communication to leadership.
• Participate in 1:1s and team huddles to discuss improvements and resolutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify friction points and drive improvements.
