• Manage multi-system workflows by cross-referencing order info and design files.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Identify operational errors or friction points and share insights with leadership.
• Maintain a high bar for quality and timely availability for customers.
• Participate in regular 1:1s and team huddles to discuss improvements.
• Share platform friction points directly with Customer Service leadership to improve journeys.
