Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media with ownership and warmth.
• Resolve customer concerns and fulfillment challenges promptly without rigid scripts.
• Use internal knowledge base to augment service and answer questions.
• Cross-reference order information, check design files, verify inventory tools, and process order adaptations.
• Document interactions in Salesforce or other CRM platforms per data policies.
• Identify platform friction points and share insights with leadership to improve the journey.
• Maintain a high bar of quality and be available for customers through proactive communication.
