Five Star Solutions is seeking customer service professionals to help customers by answering inquiries about goods and services with a helpful, professional attitude.

This work-at-home role is BYOD and available to residents in many states. You will handle calls, email, and chat, follow scripts, identify needs, research and provide solutions while staying positive and punctual. A background check may be required. Excellent communication and quick learning are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check may be required by state and federal laws.
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Handle large amounts of inbound or outbound calls promptly.
• Address questions across products and services via phone, email, and chat.
• Follow scripts when handling topics.
• Identify needs, research, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Access resources to resolve calls accurately.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency.
• Be punctual and maintain a positive, professional presence.
• Cross-train as requested.
