Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to handle inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking goods and services for seasonal orders. You will respond across phone, email and chat with a professional attitude and accurate information.

This BYOD, work-at-home role supports clients across multiple states, including Idaho, with training provided and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months customer service or support experience preferred.
• 3–6 months call center or office background A plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
• Address customer questions on products/services via phone, email, or chat.
• Follow scripted responses for topics and maintain professional tone.
• Identify needs, clarify information, research, and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Utilize company resources to resolve calls accurately.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Juggle tasks efficiently while maintaining composure.
• Maintain punctuality and positive, professional interactions.
• Be available at desk and willing to cross-train as requested.
