Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking individuals to answer inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats, delivering friendly, professional service. This BYOD, work-at-home role supports holiday orders for clients and requires reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of customer service or support experience preferred.
• Call center or office background is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• A background check is required by state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Address customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
• Follow scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions.
• Access resources to accurately handle the call.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Switch between tasks smoothly while staying productive.
• Maintain punctuality and a professional attitude at all times.
• Be flexible to cross-train as requested.
