Job summary

Five Star Solutions seeks individuals to assist customers from home, handling calls, emails, and chats with a friendly, professional approach. BYOD setup and a dedicated workspace are required.

Shifts run 7:00am–9:00pm CST, Mon-Fri and every other weekend, with paid training and potential conversion to permanent employment based on attendance and performance. Position ends Christmas season with possible extension.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months customer service experience preferred.
• 3-6 months call center or office background preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Quick learner and able to work independently.
• Strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check required by state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Handle customer questions and concerns on products/services via phone, email, and chat.
• Follow scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Access company resources to accurately handle calls.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Switch between tasks without losing efficiency or composure.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance at scheduled times.
• Remain positive and professional in all interactions.
• Cross-train as requested.
