Five Star Solutions is seeking people to help customers by answering calls about goods and services for clients, delivering high-quality service with a professional attitude. This Bring Your Own Device, work-at-home opportunity is open to residents across the US, including Kansas.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, use scripts, handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, and may upsell. Training is provided; position is temporary with potential to transition to regular employment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months customer service or support experience preferred.
• 3–6 months call center or office background is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be able to work independently and learn quickly.
• Strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Address customer questions on products/services via phone, email, or chat.
• Follow provided scripts for different topics.
• Identify needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
• Access company resources to handle calls accurately.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Switch between tasks without losing efficiency or composure.
• Maintain punctuality and professional interaction with customers.
