Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking helpers to respond to customer inquiries about goods and services from clients, delivering high-quality service with a professional attitude. This BYOD work-from-home role targets US residents and supports seasonal ordering for fruits and steaks.

Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, and chats, following scripts, and helping customers with product details. Training is provided; position is temporary with potential for further hours.

Qualifications

• 3–6 month customer service or customer support experience preferred.
• Call center or office background is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• A background check will be required by state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Address customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
• Follow scripts when handling topics.
• Identify needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Access company resources to accurately handle calls.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency.
• Be punctual and present at all scheduled times.
• Remain positive and professional with customers.
• Cross-train as requested.
