Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking friendly, patient customer service professionals to answer calls from customers about goods and services for clients, delivering high-quality support with a professional attitude. This BYOD, work-at-home role is open to residents in multiple states and offers paid training, flexible shifts between 7:00am-9:00pm CST, and a temporary status with potential conversion.

Applicants must be 18+, pass background checks, and be able to work independently while maintaining

Qualifications

• 3-6 months customer service or support experience preferred
• 3-6 months call center or office background experience a plus
• Basic computer skills required
• Quick learner and able to work independently
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening
• Must be 18 years of age
• A background check required by state and federal laws

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a timely manner
• Address customer questions and concerns on all products and services via phone, email and chat
• Follow communication scripts when handling topics
• Identify needs, clarify information, research solutions or alternatives
• Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure
• Be at desk with punctuality and attendance
• Remain positive and professional in all interactions
• Cross-train as requested
