Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking individuals to handle inbound/outbound calls from customers, delivering high-quality service with a professional attitude. This BYOD, work-from-home role requires you to provide your own equipment and workspace and supports holiday ordering projects for clients.

Shifts run 7:00am-9:00pm CST, Mon-Fri with every other weekend. Paid training, temporary status (20-40 hrs/wk), with potential to become regular FT or PT based on attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Previous 3-6 monthscustomer service or customer support experience preferred
• Previous 3-6 months call center or office background experience a plus
• Must be 18years of age
• A background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a timely manner
• Address customer questions and concerns on all products and services through multiple channels such as phone, email and/or chat
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Access company and client resources to accurately handle the call
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
• Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions
• Flexibility to cross train as requested
